The Trunzos built their name in Plant City through Krazy Kup, their beloved coffee house. Stage 201 grew from the same belief — that this community deserves a place worth dressing up for.
The world is our classroom
Frank Trunzo traveled the world as a World Auctioneer Champion, studying pizza traditions and collecting the memorabilia — vintage magic posters, Western pistol sets, 1950s Americana — that now line every wall. Every corner holds something he brought back from somewhere.
Ingredients that earn their place
Proprietary dough, Corto 100% extra virgin olive oil, house-made pomodoro, hand-selected cheeses — nothing that isn't exceptional belongs on this stage. That unmistakable crunch is non-negotiable.
The stage is always set
A drum kit, grand piano, and stained glass flank a dedicated performance stage. Saturday nights here sound as good as they taste — Motown, live music, and a room that shifts from dinner to event without missing a beat.
